The terms, policies and conditions described below govern the use of this site.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders and to keep you updated on your orders. Our secure servers protect your information.
We do not rent or sell your information to anyone.

Order Acceptance Policy:
Calico Spice Shop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Payments:
Mailed payments must be received within 10 days of placing the order. Credit card or paypal payments must be received within 3 days. If you do not want to put your credit card information on the website you may fax the order in with all of the credit card information to 760-246-3295. If payment is not received the order will be cancelled.

Shipping Policy:
Shipping costs are figured on the total weight of the order with a $1.00 handling fee added.
Orders received and paid for before 3:00 PM will ship within 2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.

Returns:
We will gladly accept the return of products for any reason for 14 days from the date of purchase. You must notify us within 2 business days of receipt of your order to obtain return instructions.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Unless due to our shipping error, shipping charges are not refundable.
